At Pentecost, we celebrate that Jesus never leaves us without a helper, without a plan. After his ascension, he tells the disciples to be on the lookout for a special help from God- the Holy Spirit. When the disciples return to their upper room, in fear and trembling and worry about what comes next, the Holy Spirit descends and offers them the skills to go out and share the Good News of Jesus Christ with people of all lands and languages. What words has God put in our own mouths? How is the spirit moving among us in this world today?
